At abantu we have always loved cooking anything that evokes the flavours and colours of home.

We have been cooking using exciting ingredients for many years.

home-made hummus using  black garlic ketchup, accompanied with pita bread

it's a great family meal packed with flavour and sunshine. In this dish the signature flavour is chilli jam

served with bulgur wheat

a go-to dish vegetarian dish using the great flavour of worcester sauce and black garlic

served with wild rice
